YOUvera Career Services exists to remove barriers to employment by providing dependable, person centered career services and non medical transportation. Our mission is to support access, independence, and long term opportunity for individuals pursuing work and workforce training.
Meet the Founder
Nathalie A. Rivera, MBA
YOUvera Career Services was founded by Nathalie A. Rivera, a Florida based workforce and business development professional with experience in healthcare and community systems. Through her work supporting individuals navigating employment pathways, she recognized how often motivated people are held back by a lack of clarity and structured support.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a Master of Business Administration. Born in Puerto Rico and bilingual in English and Spanish, Nathalie is committed to expanding employment access, economic mobility, and long term independence for underserved communities, minorities, and individuals with disabilities.
This work operates alongside YOUvera Community, the nonprofit initiative dedicated to strengthening workforce equity and advancing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other historically underserved populations.
