Nathalie A. Rivera
YOUvera Services was founded by Nathalie A. Rivera, a Florida based professional with experience in healthcare and community services who recognized how often motivated individuals are blocked from work and training when reliable support is missing.
Her work alongside individuals navigating employment systems shaped a clear vision for YOUvera Services, one focused on access, consistency, and practical support that helps people show up and move forward with confidence.
Nathalie’s approach is grounded in professionalism, respect, and reliability. She believes employment support should be clear, structured, and centered on long term success. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to serving diverse individuals and communities across Florida.
